First, get honest with youself and admit that at nearly any event there is at least a couple healthy things to eat.

Regarldess of what’s going on, you will always have options if you look around for them. One option that is always open is to have a very small serving of party food rather than a large one.

Your metabolism slows because you have restricted your intake of excellent things like carbs, vitamins, and other foods that keep you lean. Besides that, you’re likely to have a larger appetite by the time the party comes along. This puts you at risk of overeating. At the party, you’ll have less problems with temptation if you’ve been huge yourself with healthy foods to quench your appetite.

Besides banking calories throws off your whole system and it can take many days to restore your health.Is it really a wise thing anyway to go on an eating spree and losing all that you’ve worked so hard to achieve?
